I talked with someone with Lupulin and was told they are getting their own canning line sometime this fall (hopefully September). Lupulin will be able to send much more beer to distribution. They were using a mobile canning company.

I heard this as well. Right now they use a mobile canning line that sounds like it only comes around on Thursday.

I wish they would get a crowler machine, but it does not sound like they have plans to get one.

2 cases of Cassian Sunset and a case of BA Scotch Ale from Central Waters at Princeton's Liquors.

Bill is letting the Cassian go out in 4 packs. Not sure about the Scotch Ale, but I imagine a lot more can't be far behind.

I had some bad crowlers last month and emailed them through their website. One of the owners replied a few days later and said to bring in my receipt and I could exchange them or get a refund so I did without any problem.

Seem like a nice group of people running the brewery, I hope they can get these crowler issues figured out.

My sentiments exactly. It seems like a repeated offense that needs to get fixed quick! But they are super cool about it, no doubt.

I guess some of the bottles that showed up today are an April bottling date. TG doesn't see anything wrong with that.

How do you know that's not King Sue that was delivered in April?

Lupulin cans seem to be pretty cleared out. If you go to the brewery, you can try the liqour store across the road. I think Hi-way liqours is the only store in Monticello, worth calling I guess. West Side in Albertville maybe have some Apricot Blond and Haskalls in MG was cleared out when I was there on Wednesday.

I got two 5/22 Blissful cans if you are depreate and can make it to Albertville.

In other news, summer is officially over. Pallet of Schell's Hefe on clearance ($9.99) at Chicago Lake.

Another clearance. Blue Max had four bottles of Crooked Stave stuff on sale for $2.99/bottle. There were two saisons, a brett Galaxy IPA, & something else. My memory sucks, but might be worth it if you like the brewery & are in the area.

Speaking of discounts, Headless Heron was $2.99 at Haskalls MG if you are into that sort of thing.

Is CW even brewing that beer anymore? As far as pumpkin beers, that is one of the few I can tolerate and if it doesn't get warmer soon around here I'm going to be thinking fall beers.
