Is Spirit Foul being released in cans soon? I noticed Fair State had it available in crowlers now.

Great! That means I can wait and get a 4-pack for as much as they charge for a single crowler at the taproom!

Anyone got their price checks on this year's Darkness? I've seen $18.99 + tax at Lund's & Byerly's and at Target, $21.99 @ Total Wine.

Not really bottle hunt related but barrel theory currently has 20% off all crowlers. I’ve seen a few times where they will have inventory on older crowlers and they’ll discount them, but I havnt seen them discount everything.

It makes me wonder if Drekker (not really local) and Blackstack are finally beating the barrel theory hype. It’s also interesting that barrel theory still hasn’t pursued the canning route if their tap room is going to stay closed.

Interesting. Surely they can't be the next brewery to fall in that neighborhood?! Dear god, please don't let that happen!!

I'm sure if the laws were to change to allow breweries to sell beer to go in sizes/packages other than 750ml and 64oz they would take a hard look at a canning operation.

Re Darkness pricing, remember when Surdyks sold it for $50? :-D
    It's $19.99 at Zipps.
Zipps also has three Noble Star beers for $5.99 - Framboise du Nord, Binary Storm and the third I can't recall (though it was from 2016).

Picked up four pack of Abrasive at Princeton's today canned 10/28/20 & am sipping on it now. Didn't see it on the Twitters around the south metro yet. Look forward to this every year.

Anyone hearing anything on how Bourbon County Black Friday releases are going to run this year? I can't imagine many stores are going to let line ups and overnight camping to happen.

Waconia Brewing is canning their vanilla cream ale and should be around stores next week. Not my thing but some might find it pleasant. Proceeds support the local fire department.

So, not exactly a Whalez hunt, but does anyone know of a place in the west Metro that has Able Blk Wlf? While there are better stouts in absolute terms, it's a darn drinkable beer for 3.7% ABV. My regular spots don't carry it (anymore? I forget. But I know I've picked it up in can format pre-COVID). Curbside availability strongly preferred.
