FWIW I grew up in the Midwest and spent many fine evenings in the Twin Cities area and beyond. The culture in MN is one that I can get down with....many on BA might not suppose this, but as you know, there is an awesome scene for bars and hospitality up there, and the folks definitely gravitate towards quality and value. I think our lineup of beers will connect with many of the people there and we look forward to adding to the community. Never have much cared for Eastlakes stuff but I'll have to give that a go.

 

It's pretty darn good. I really don't like about 2/3rds of their stuff, but the other third I genuinely enjoy. That massive IIPA that they do, for instance, I love.

 

It might be just me, but the commitment to customer service displayed by @Sixpoint makes me want to give them my business. Cheers and welcome to Minnesota!

 

Anyone seen SixPoint in Woodbury/So. St. Paul area yet?

 

I do wish them luck, as Minnesota has so much quality beer produced locally, it's a tough market for outsiders to enter. I for one have had all of their beers several times from my travels and have never been impressed. That includes Resin. That being said, I will be revisiting their beer now that it's available in MN. Hmm bummer. I stopped in again on Saturday morning because I thought I missed it. Didn't see it in the cooler so I asked the guy at the register. He thought for a second and said he didn't have it. But might on Monday(today). He said to call in first. Can't remember his name.

It's ok though. You guys are usually awesome. Can't always be aware of everything.

Cottage Grove Top Ten said they were getting Sixpoint today, but I'd call first.

 

Just got Insight 4pk 16oz Cans in at Heritage, sure they will be out and about in other stores as well. Trollway IPA, Sunken City Saison with Sauvignon Blanc Grapes and Hellsight Chicken Pale Ale with Yuzu.

 

Has anyone seen Alpine Pure Hoppiness, preferably somewhere Southwest?

 

Anyone hear if CW is bottling Peruvian Morning this year? I see it is on tap at CW

 

I believe for 15 it's tap only, but I could be wrong.

Two quick requests alpine Nelson, anyone seen it lately? And also any recent canning dates on abrasive I've seen 11/4 which obviously is still fresh, but thought I'd ask if anyone has run across fresher.
