Twin Cities Bottle Hunt

liquor boy in st louis park might still have eight. been a bit since i went there but they had it last time i was there. otherwise, a little south west, but the mgm in the savage area was sitting on three cases last time i was there.

 

Seen it a few minutes ago at Edina liquor along with star Keller peach. Had to ask for the peach though.

 

Saw it at Falls Liquor and Haskell's Highland Park recently. Not west metro, but that'd all I got.

 

Hennepin Lake Liquor ( across from Arbys) still has 8, Pentagram, and smoke.

 

Lots of solid beers on sale at Elevated right now. Lots of local sixers, Molotov lite, etc. I think saga six pack cans were $6.99.

Anybody seen Starkeller Peach further East than France 44?

 

Heritage Liquor got them all Monday ad still has some left.

 

South Lyndale. Big Top St. Paul, elevated, ale jail, Thomas all announced they had it. Not sure how much is left at those places.

 

Liquor Boy in SLP had about a half dozen Starkeller Peach in their freezer yesterday everning.... $19.99.

 

Mmmm... $20 peach custard... yum.

 

@SudsSavant--saw Eight at Richfield Liquors (across from the Target/Home Depot plaza) on Tuesday.

 

Starkeller and Oak Aged Abt 12 at Zipps. At $27, I skipped the Abt 12, but it sure sounds good...

 

I've seen this a couple places and at that same price and have passed it up. Definitely sounds tasty.. I'll probably break down and buy one.

 

Apparently Eight wasn't as scarce as I thought out there. I ended up snagging a bottle while stopping for a Starkeller last night. I don't want to say where because it wasn't out on the shelves. They're cellaring them for a later release but they did me a kindness by pulling one out and selling it to me.

I do want to say thanks to everyone for the help with the leads (@EJJ1848, @mingo, @will1256, @kenzilka007, @popsicleian, @rarapacz). I was well on my way to trying some of the suggested places yesterday before stumbling on the bottle that I did. Despite all the negativity that can come all too easily on here some times, it's good to know there's still folks out there that are living up to being BeerAdvocates.

I knew I shouldn't have passed up on Starkeller Peach yesterday. I saw 3 cases at South Lyndale Liquors up near the registers and I was back in there today to grab some Not Your Father's Root Beer and I didn't see it anymore. Not sure if they have any left or not. I know Lake Wine & Spirits got some two days ago but they're sold out.

 

A bit of a late response, but we've got the lineup at F44.

 

The G-Will liquors in Lino Lakes is going to be bringing in Crooked Stave in the next week or so. They are also going to try to bring in the Destihl Sour 4 packs.
