The Third Annual Twin Cities Burger Battle http://www.twincities.com/2016/03/10/2016-twin-cities-burger-battle-st-paul/ OK, not exactly a craft beer festival, but last year did have Summit and Fulton, and unlimited beer and burgers and support of the charity are nothing to sneeze at. Did anyone go last year?
