I know this is home brew related but I needed local help so I posted it here hopefully this please the mods. I recently brewed my third batch of beer to disappointing results. All three veers have had the same general taste despite using 3 different style kits from 3 different companies in 3 different cities. My wife pretty accurately describes it as beer flavored carbonated water. I was hoping to find someone with enough experience who wouldn't mind sampling my attempt at beer and offering pointers. Willing to meet somewhere with samples and a professional six pack for your troubles, but mostly to wash the taste of mine out of your mouth. Any help is appreciated. Cheers
Are you in CA or MN? I would recomend heading over the fine folks at Northern Brewer and talking to them. Also, find other friends who home brew and watch how they do it, perhaps chip in on a few batches with them and pay close attention to the process.
