Weekend greetings to all you thirsty brothers and sisters out there. Hope everyone is deep in summer mode, and if you aren't vacationing on a remote island, could be a nice weekend to swing by and catch some rays in the beer garden. We have two beers dropping freshy fresh for ya'll both on tap to start at opening today Friday 8/9. We got the return of one of our favorite IPAs that kicks that New Zealand vibe "Here There Be Monsters". We brought this batch in a little bigger at 7.7% ABV to see how that would play.....

"The foremast climbs out of the Tasman Sea horizon. Black sails catch a gust & chart a course towards giants in the ocean canyons……..Ya’ best start believin’ in ghost stories…you’re in one ?! Cut-throats, humble swabs, captains, scalawags…it matters not. This is an everlasting exchange w/ what lies beneath the deep. So, drink up me 'earties!! IPA lapped w/ American Pilsner malt, English Pale, white wheat, raw and malted oats inclined to acquiesce yer hoppy parch with a dry hop of Vic Secret, Motueka, Rakau & Wakutu. Notes of peach & nectarine, vanilla cake, lime zest, little honey and hay."

Also coming to glass is our second iteration in the "Zen Fountain" fruited kettle sour series. This time around 5.7% ABV and soaked with gobs of Mango & Pineapple...

"Come to our temple, where we come to find peace, and crave the path to delightenment. The right speed here is post up on your mind’s beach, release your wild soul and ripple into Zen mentality. Awaken in amazement. We get your seven vortexes spinning at the same rate. Kettle soured Saison vibrating above it. Turn your attention inward, eliminate distractions and seek the ancient secrets from the fountain. Mango and Pineapple pureè guide the tang. Sweet, finishes dry, with lingering fruits. Notes of candy mango, pineapple sherbet, pears, and apple pie spice."

Finally, this badass celebration of women in the craft beer industry is upon us "Beer Without Beards"Hopculture & Yakima Chief Hops. Roll through to crush some great beers with us and say hi.

How was the previous 2-4pk release? Haven't done a release in a while when they were 1-4pk cause they got crazy. Just trying to figure out if I should go before or after the grocery store.

Could be, but I'd go at open. I left at 8:15 last night and it was busy but no line for cans and hadn't sold out.

Edit: just checked Instagram and the comments note there is "small case amount" left for today.

Back to school & football with that that comforting routine on the horizon. This is a fun time for us as the taproomsettles into that comforting local community gathering headquarters. We got two new beers and the old staple to kick off the season for you beautiful people.

Starting Friday we have the debut of "Moose Bumps" a 6.4% ABV American IPA dry hopped with Citra, Tardif de Bourgogne & a small booster of Sabro. This is robotron comin’ down the turnpike with gluon’ saucer lights on, so kiss earth and land goodbye. We’re assembling philosophies to bump n’ grind with planetessimals through time wave zer0. Notes of honey dew, lavender over melons, tangerine and strawberry seed.

Tapping at some point on Friday we have the release of "Sparkle Motion Commitment" a 5.1% ABV Fruited Kettle Sour. Frank told us to do it...Please, we implore you, do not make us doubt your commitment to sparkle motion. Let’s give Kitty Farmer a hand folks. It’s our distinct pleasure to guide the kettle sour artifact into the grand notorious slam (bam) and find the beauty in the names of prosaic things. Pilsner, wheats, blended lactobacillus cultures, blueberry, lime and some vanilla oak chips for dimensional construct. Notes of limeade kissed by blueberry sour.

Finally, on Saturday we have the return of the O.G. American Pale Ale "Lil' Shimmy Ye'". Double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Belma and crushable at 5.8% ABV. An oatted up treat, electric dirt, sticky and soft. Apricot pulp and honeydew melon nectar. An eclectic heirloom grist gives a wrinkle of crackery biscuit malt, just ‘nuff to let an ewey dewey combo of hops pop, bright and dank.
