That mint condish sounds really good. Also, gotta appreciate their tap list this weekend. Pils, APA, IPA, Hoppy Saison, Cream Ale, Saison, IPA, Stout. solid diversity.

 

that is a nice mix... may also result in the hoppy stuff selling out even faster than normal given the production impact...

Crooked Spoke has been one of my favorites from them, will have to check out the latest batch this weekend, along with the Nosh.

 

I really liked Mint Condish. It was tasty and an easy drinker. I enjoyed it more than Nosh: Galaxy & Citra.

 

Both were really nice. I did really enjoy this version of Nosh a lot.

Broad Daylight was quite tasty as well I thought. They continue to do Saisons very well. Would love to see them try a Quad.

 

I had the crooked spoke and filled a growler of the Nosh which I had yesterday... may have been the best Nosh yet, but looks like the ABV crept up 4 pts (7.2 vs usually 6.8 I think?) - does that mean a recipe tweak? Spoke was very good as well, but I didn't have time to try the mint condish… production pause really set them back on growler availability - was like the old days this weekend.

 

When I left at around 3 yesterday the only beer being sold in growlers was Mint Condish. That's not my cup of tea so I got the growler filled at Trap Rock.

ah, wasn't a huge fan of that when I had it. Their Helles was quite enjoyable though

 

when do they plan to get reamped up with all of their taps?

 

Based on them posting that they were almost online with their production upgrade on Feb 8th.

I'd assume early-mid March things will be mostly back to normal?

 

My guess would be mid-March. The owners would never try and take a short cut or serve a beer that does not meet their standards,

 

At the brewery now. It looks like they have caught up. Only 3 beers are no growlers and all the Tanks are full. There is a new lager on named Loantaka just got a pint tastes like a winner

 

Was happy to see more options for growlers yesterday. Picked up some Nosh - I think it's drinking awesomee currently. Robots wasn't avail for fills, but that would have been nice too

 

At Twin Elephant Brewing now not crowed but only 6 beers on the board. Drinking Nosh great as always.

 

wow that's low stock... was going to head down for a growler, but I suspect with so few beers none available...

 

Only one beer was no growlers, I'm seeing Robots IPA . There was/is plenty of the 5 other beer left.

 

Stopped by today since I was in the area.

Had the Nosh Citra / Galaxy : It was okay, nothing crazy. Sorta wish there was more Galaxy in this.

I'm Seeing Robots : Now that's what I'm talking about it. This is a fantastic beer with a perfect amount of body and bitterness to it. Got a growler of it.

I sampled Juicy Busey saison: That actually blew me away. I love hoppy Saison and this was in my wheelhouse. Got a growler of it as well.

Haven't been to TE in quite a while and it seemed to be full of non beer drinking people, taking up space.

 

Love hoppy saisons too. Would be nice if breweries canned more of these.

 

Agreed. It gives my taste buds a lot of pleasure.
