    I wrote about it in the New Beer Sunday thread yesterday. Called it an excellent beer, well balanced it's both malty and hoppy. Very complex, the more you drink the more you find to like about it.

    surprised they announced this so far ahead of time... its about the same amount ~115 4pks as the last 2 lil shimmy ye drops, which were day announcements of and sold out in 1-2 hours....

    It's actually almost 2x as much 38 x 6 = 228 four packs at one per person should last more than a couple hours

    Yes, but only a few times for growlers and tasters and then for the last Shimmy can release (I work 5 minutes from there). May sell out quicker, but people aren't gonna drive a crazy long distance for 1 four pack of a milk stout (I think). Famous last words right??

    Damn, I'm guessing they're still a few weeks out from having LSY batches being produced on their 5bbl system hitting the taps.

    I'll definitely try to get their for 12 tomorrow for diamonds and pearls, love that beer.

    What a shock!!!
    I was there at 4 yesterday. There were 10 people ahead of me on the line. Everyone of them had a growler to be filled.

    Fwiw $15.99 per 4pk, lots of people sitting down with them and walking out with them, so selling quickly.

    Also, no growler fills on anything right now.

    It was this weekend last year when Twin Elephant ran out of beer and had to close for 2 weeks. It could be they are making sure they have a lot of beer for the Memorial Day weekend.

    gonna head over in few to try the new IPA and the wheat... I suspect the main crew is working the BBQ Beer Fest in Morristown... saw they were sneaking a 1/6 of the pineapple shimmy variant to that... that was awesome... shocked they still had some left.

    Grabbed a 4 pack, and sipping on one now. Its a good Milk Stout; the coffee in here is a little more mild than I had imagined it would be, but its on the sweeter side (as you would expect from a Milk Stout).

    Also tried Monsters while I was there. A fantastic NE style IPA in my opinion.


    ...ps it was packed this morning, i left around 12:30-12:45 and it looked like they were working through their last case of Diamonds.

    There are still cans available as of 4:30pm. Not sure why you thought the case on the bar was the last one, but they were bringing a couple cases out from the cooler at a time.
