Not trying to hijack, but a few stores around me still have 2012 Celebration. Is it worth picking up? I was thinking if nobody buys it then they won't order any more this year. Maybe a vertical is in order?

Heard mixed opinions...I would imagine the fresher you drink an IPA the better. Then again, I have heard people aging it for a few years and it being amazing. Buy it and see! Cheers!

I like Celebration, and it was one of my first "wow" IPAs, but Two Hearted is so much better.

Why are you torturing yourself? Given your self-professed love of Two Hearted, why do this to yourself? You can't get it regularly here, dude!

It took me a while to warm up to Celebration. But Two Hearted holds a special place in my heart after living in the U.P. for 5 years of my life. I know the river where I used to fish (what Hemingway wrote about), and the beer I've known way longer than Celebration, therefore with a hell of a lot of Michigan ties, I hold true to Two Hearted.

No torture here, I know I'll see Celebration this winter here in AK, and Bell's doesn't distribute to AK, but I'm not worried, 'cause I'm realizing there's a hell of a lot of awesome breweries here on the west coast.

Tough choice for me, probably the two beers I buy the most of in a given year. Going to give the slight edge to Celebration though. I wish both of these beers came in 12 packs fo 12oz cans.

Somehow this guy just said "I'm a douchebag" by only typing one word.

As far as your question is concerned, I am voting 2 Hearted. It is a regular in my fridge. I was a big fan the one and only time I had Celebration, but perhaps when it comes out soon, I need to give it another shot. Not to mention, it will soon be brewed (presumably) in NC as well, and NC beers make up a good percentage of my purchases.

Two Hearted for me, no contest. I don't think Celebration is even SN's best IPA.

Ask for a discount, they may not even realize it's still in inventory. I would bet it's faded a lot though.

Two Hearted for me but it made me think a little though. While I love Celebration and get many 12 packs of it in winter, I too get "tired" of the SN hop bite after a while so if I had to choose only one, Two Hearted for me. I don't believe i would ever get tired of it.

They're both great, but I think that Two Hearted is more of an every day kind of beer in my opinion.

To my palate, there's just something unique about Celebration. Every year I buy one six pack & love that so much that I get another...and another.

I can't say that I've ever done that with Two Hearted, though it is a solid IPA.

Translation: I could easily find a substitute for Two Hearted but not that easily for Celebration.

I'm curious what spices you taste because Celebration has never been brewed with spices.

I did a side by side comparison on draft a few years ago. Two hearted was easily better, but I like my IPAs on the more citrusy side rather than pine.

Will happily drink either and look forward to celebration every year. Two hearted just never disappoints

Two hearted is fantastic, but I feel like there is something about the reproducibility of Celebration that I just can't ignore.

Fresh Two Hearted is better than Celebration. Not by much, but it is. Better beer for the money? Celebration.
