Pretty sure @beertunes will be all over this. Me too, when I can push aside enough of the mounting Xmas madness to get over to Post Falls: http://www.spokane7.com/blog/2015/dec/07/belgians-big-and-small/
Tried 'em both tonight. The Cuvee, etc, is absolutely insane. Tons going on there. Apparently it's waiting on label approval to be unleashed on the wider world. The IV is just as advertised - a great light saisonish table beer that you could drink all night.
I loved both beers as well. The Cuvee has awesome coconut notes and the tanic red wine flavors balance the sweetness perfectly.
From a FB post: "The Cuvée labels will be ready tomorrow. So Sean and I will be labeling and wax dipping them tomorrow evening. That means that bottles of the Cuvée de la Nuit Profonde will be available in the taproom this Wednesday! Merry Christmas!" Y'all know what to put in my easter basket.
They were doing pre sales for bottles when I was there Saturday. $16.50 a bottle I believe and well worth it.
Well well, it just so happens I'm driving to North Idaho this week to visit family. Looks like I've found my Christmas beer .
