the urban funk sound interesting but these Two Rds. releases are more hype than quality.

I missed the Igor release, what's a good time to get there?

I'm thinking of going to try the beer. I'm not waiting in line forever, though. Can anyone comment on the expected line?

I'll be there. I've tried all three and of the bunch I thought Urban Funk was far and away the best (and best value for the $10).

As far as the line goes, I'm aiming to be there around 11 AM. I don't think anyone can accurately predict what to expect, but using the silly Igor's releases as a barometer I'd suggest the earlier the better. 2 bottle limit per style pp should at least speed things up.

I will be there! Even tho I'm not super impressed with their beers it should be fun event. UGH is it really only a 2 bottle limit, that blows.

My cousin's husband lives right near there so I think I'm coming up for this and to hang with him for a bit. I don't know, probably going to get there around 11 as well. How do these typically work? Can you have some social beers on line? Do people trade? Wondering if I should load a cooler with some stuff. Weather looks pretty crappy though (high '40s, chance of steady rain).

Knowing two roads I highly doubt bottle sharing will take place (unless in your car). They'll shuffle you in asap

Went to the dinner last night. Sounds like they will have 2 kegs of urban funk to pour. I liked it better out of the bottle. It was more bretty.

Had Henry's Farm at EBF and it wasn't very good. The extra aging did wonders for it last night. I highly recommend it. Much better than the 2013 igor

Just got back from Two Roads... Extremely packed even well after the bottles sold out... Didn't make it there for the bottle release, just to taste the two beers. Think everyone wanted to go to their beergarden. The Krazy Pucker was a decent Berliner, Weiss Trash was better. I wouldn't value it at the 10 bucks it was going for, but with the limited number of Berliners I can find around here I would have been happy to pay it. The Urban Funk I thought was quite good. Mind you I'm just starting off into the sour real and this is what I like. There wasn't that barnyard funk I have tasted in some sour beers which I was happy with. This one I thought was worth the 10 buck price. Didn't get to try the aged dobblebock. Here's hoping Two Roads does some more sours in the future.

Missed the release by 30 minutes. If anyone has any of the Urban Funk to trade, I'd be very interested.
