How is it? Shocked to find a six-pack on the shelf dated October 2012 for $27.

Pricey, but I'm a big fan of, thou never tried it this old.

That beer ages better than most anything in the category. $27 is ridiculous, but the beer is fine.

Stellar when fresh. Out of this world when aged.

You'll find unanimous agreement that Expo ages gracefully. Nothing graceful about that price imo, however.

Price just as out of this world as the beer.

Expy goes the distance. One of you few you can reliably store well beyond 2-3 years and get stellar results.

And, er, stout enough to withstand improper storage. I've picked up year-old bottles that were warm shelf stored in well-lit stores, and they still tasted great. That price is brutal, but if you can find it cheaper, stock up.

I just had one last night. It was OUTSTANDING. I would also balk at that price, considering it is far cheaper than that when fresh, and is very widely available, but I can't say it wouldn't be worth it.

Yea, one of those places that prices everything by the bottle ($4.50), regardless if you by the whole sixer.

Just had one dated 10/22/12 and it was an amazing beer. However, $27 is way overpriced.

I'll drink a 2012 tonight and tell ya how it is. Most likely you will want to pay the $27 for a 4pk.
