The Endeavour was 2/14? When I purchased my bottles on release day they were dated 2/27. Anyone seen any bottled in March?

I have not seen any March bottles. I picked up my first 4pk of Rodeo Clown and that beer was delicious!

I no doubt got the dates wrong. I picked up a sixer of NN and Slam in the mail yesterday. Drinking a few of them probably accounts for my hazy recollection. Excuse my shameless name dropping...Endeavour was amazing. And despite our TX distribution issues, or maybe in spite of, I've tasted some awesome stuff from the state recently. Great Lakes/Cali drools, Texas rules!

Our case was marked 2/27, are there dates on bottles? I looked and didn't find any...

Yes dates are stamped on the necks of the bottles. In black so hard to read sometimes.

I found the date on my bottle around the bottom of the neck.

When did you see their beers in California? I'm not saying it didn't happen, but they certainly don't do the distributing there. Saint Arnold only distributes to Texas and Louisiana, at least as of about 6 months ago that was the case.

One interesting thing about California, is that they allow any product to be served in their state, as they have no formal licensing procedure. So it's possible someone bootlegged a case or keg or handful of those items to Cali, but I'm fairly positive they don't actually distribute their products there. Expanding just to Louisiana was a big deal for them.

They were kegs only, I know one was DR11. That one was one of those craft bars that does rare tappings. May have been acquired through personal relationship, who knows how they got there, but Saint Arnold is big enough in production that is does sometimes pop up in mysterious places. Someone else I know out there had Weedwacker and Elyssa on tap.

From what I understand - SA only distributes to areas where the product can be transported without spoilage (read: they aren't using refrigerated trucks and dont want to drive a shipment of beer to Cali, expose it to the heat for that amount of time and have it spoil). It was big news last year or the year before when they moved into the West Louisiana area. As far as I know - any SA products that show up in Cali are getting there by some other means (outside of their normal distribution).
