Uinta Anniversary Barleywine

    Does anyone have any experience cellaring? If so, please let me know thoughts,

    Also, does anyone know the guidelines of their "best before date". I bought 2 bottles from a beer store i frequently visit, best before date says 03/22/15V. So i have no clue when this was actually bottled. Do they just slap a 5-6 month best before date on all their beers? Or is there a chance this could be a +1-2 year old bottle? It just doesnt make sense to me to put a 5-6 month best before date on a 10.4% barleywine.
