UK Brewery Recommendations

    Sure he did.
    But its sort of like asking 'Can you suggest some 'traditional' British coffee recommendations' and then hitting him with Mellow Birds. You're going to feel guilty wheeling out the same old same old banal guff when there's so many exciting new English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish brewers brewing such exciting delicious beer right now.
    We're in the middle of a great beer revolution which has not been seen by anyone in living memory.
    It would only be right to highlight it.

    Can't totally agree, what's happening now is a choice of different beers but IMO not necessarily better ones.To be truthful I find much of the new wave stuff tiresome (though with many notable exceptions) and a lot of it brewed for the sake of being different.Strangely enough, a local brewery (Brewsters) has been years ahead of the game so a lot of the "new wave" has been old hat to us here :slight_smile: But Sara hasn't forgotten to brew good old fashioned proper beer as well.
