I am doing some research and am looking for some suggestions for single-hopped beers that feature English Hops. I would also be open to suggestions for beers that may not be single-hopped but highlight English Hops. I am also interested in getting in contact with some independently owned UK breweries or hop farmers. Any suggestions or comments are very welcome, thank you!

There's quite a few all british hop beers, problem is a lot don't do too well in the bottle

I know coniston bluebird was all challenger in cask but I saw it mentioned that the bottled version (and the other stronger XB) is finished with some german hops

Hopback Summer lightning is all british hops iirc, goldings and challenger

One thing you might try is searching here and on Ratebeer with the names of british hops and see what single hop beers come up

http://www.britishhops.org.uk/new-hop-varieties/ - this is where most of the british hops have been developed
http://siba.co.uk/welcome-to-siba/ - trade association for independent uk breweries
http://charlesfaram.co.uk/ -I think these guys are the biggest UK hop merchants

I have a small quantity of hops, as yet unpicked. It has been a good year, so they are particularly fragrant. I have two verities, the English Golding, and an HBW chinook cross.

The chinook cross has the citrus notes, as you would expect. And have benefited from aparently good growing conditions. There's enough for a very limited batch, or a few home brewers. Depending on the level of hop required, and quantity that are in top shape. I'd estimate thereaus a 3:1 ratio of chinook, to Golding.

Please state how you would prefer them, and I will attempt to pick as requested.

While not organic, they are minimally messed with, and as natural as possible. No artificial chemicals used.

I would preffer to take payment in kind, not make a sale.
