Nah didn't pay off that well, they just let me know they had it in and put it under the counter for me. Maybe they weren't even being nice, but knew it was student loans day

:grinning: Maybe.... (Out of interest, how much was it? It's £20 up here)

I'm now on Hawkshead's Windermere Pale - lovely stuff. Doubtless even better on cask.

Yep, it's 19.99 at Trembling Madness. That's a massive difference!

Best off going to Beer Ritz if you want some then! Like every beer, it's a tiny bit cheaper than my local shop, at £13.56.

Yeah, I keep meaning to stop by Beeritz but they're only open during regular working hours. Still not sure I'll fork out for Tsar Bomba though....

Right - I'm now on Siren's Limoncello IPA. Lemons and sourness!

Hey, I've actually got a spare one kicking around the house somewhere. Keith lemon meets high octane IPA. Could hold onto it for the next trade if you'd like.

As for me, I've had some lovely Chateau Musar 2001 with my Sunday roast before I go all American with a bomber of Port Brewing Anniversary Ale.

Why not a Lebanese beer to follow the Musar?
I've never actually had one of those , remember reading how Serge Hochar was keeping his vineyards going in the middle of the upheaval in the 80s.

    Somer, a "Golden" beer and
the last of the three Salisbury beers that appeared for me to try
and in all honesty the other two where better than your average supermarket shelf fillers
This reminds me of how the old Boddington's 2 litre plastic bottles
Which I am now trying to work out wether this is a good or bad thing

An online conversation involving what Ann Widecombe's vagina would taste like has lead me to a situation where I really need another beer
Crafty Dan's 13 Guns, maybe a couple of them misfired, the Heavy cannon bitterness drowns out the
tropical fruit musket but in all fairness tastier than other things mentioned tonight lmao

Sounds good but if it's so nice you want another go ahead and drink that bad boy!

Finally got to drink my bourbon county vanilla tonight, yummy.

Down the King's Arms earlier for some run-of-the-mill Sam Smiths beers....

    Now - Saltaire's Kala. It's black and it's hoppy....
