I know I'm a student but that's a bit optimistic :stuck_out_tongue: probably take them on steadily, one a day.

Yeah, but it would be good for a laff :grinning:

Right - a big bottle of Punk IPA. Bottled on March 20th, and the aroma is superb....

Cancelled meetings this afternoon so I checked emails in the pub

Inveralmond Homecoming - typical inveralmond so-so ale, fairly sweet but quite pleasant
Inveralmond Marzenfest - nothing particularly germanic about this but a decent malty beer
Harviestoun Broken Dial - pick of the bunch, really good pint. lots of flavour

Last night's showdown was quite the treat. Backwoods Bastard was quite nice, complex, well integrated and relatively supple compared to the Old Parochial which was way more macho and intense while having quite a peaty almost Schlenkerla quality to it.

Speaking of Schlenkerla, I managed a major re-stock today. :grinning: But I'm about to drink into some Sion Kolsch right now.

Brakspear's Triple - a delicious fruity brew. As my local B&M seems to have plenty in stock at the moment, I've been buying quite a bit of this.....

Just a FYI, if you ever get a chance to trade for some Deschutes Mirror Mirror Barleywine, do it. That is all.

True but it's helpful to have the stockpile when funds are running low! And finding more beer stashed away I think I know why... you can add to the list both of the BA Siren Broken Dreams, Arbor/Moor Double Darker Alliance x2, Fullers Imperial Stout x3, Founders Imperial Stout, De Molen Hel & Verdoemis and Rasputin, and Green Jack Baltic Trader.
As well as Fou'Foune, Mamouche, Lou Pepe Kriek and Horals Oude Gueuze 2011.
And Wild Beer/Beavertown Rubus Maximus, Fullers Past Masters 1966 Strong Ale, Burton Extra x3, and Brewers Reserve #4 x3.
And about 12 bottles of Vintage Ale of different years.
And Fantome Saison, Pissenlit and Brise Bonbons.
And SN Bigfoot 2013, Ola Dubh 12
Not to mention the stuff I have in the fridge.

Piss up at mine? At least the flat is clean...

Damn wish I could crash that party

    no time off for Easter
not much in the way of beer

Nethergate's (I still refuse to recognise the name Growler )Lemon Head
a lot better than most ginger infused beers
Not a patch on the stuff Dobbins used to make though

Birra Toz - a random Italian ale. Made the biggest head I've ever seen on a beer; I started pouring it into a pint glass and when there was about 2cm of beer at the bottom the glass was full of foam. Took about 10 minutes to pour the whole bottle.....

Gadd's Common Conspiracy on cask. One of the highlights of the month, so smooth and drinkable without being flat. Hot damn. Also Tiny Rebel's new lager.
