I was flabbergasted when the missus said they were £1.99 each
would be great if they could gert more variety or even bring in another U.S. craft
    I'm happy anyhow

and it means I have 15 untried beers (of varying quality) tow try over my two days off work.

Well back home need to eat so big plate well down pork sausage (my fave beer food)
Back to the bottom of the beer ladder
    Pedigree New World Pale Ale

CHRIST ON A BIKE! A bottle of Marston's that delivers hop taste :O
quite nice exotic fruit flavour actually
**Checks pulse & checks not dreaming**

Returning to the Mozza's Signature in order to find a dull ale to build from
Golden Ale brewed by Black sheep which IMHO gave us the kind of charge from corporate run Theakston's
as Blair & the NU-Labour lot did from the Tories

    Again not terrible
It's a **shudders** golden ale so okay its not like best bitter this time
but theres a dash of hops and a hint of malt and a slight bitter finish

    Hmmmm I've had worse

Had a couple of halves whilst our with the missus in the Toon.
Birrifico Italiano Hop Extra, tasted like home brew.
FourPure Session IPA, now that's more like it.

Another bottle of Panda Frog Pandamonium.
Apparently it takes eating something like kippers whilst drinking this to improve the taste.
Astringently bitter with , a char lady with cheesy feet eating banana toffee whilst cleaning the kitchen floor of teenage party vomit using Pine Fresh Flash.

Oh let's try the penultimate Morrison's Signature beer before resorting to expensive specialist beer shop bottles

Amber Ale also brewed by Black Sheep
I won't have to wash my glass out because of worry of cross taste contamination
(oh come on if Marston's can put some flavour in a bottle)
    Tinny tasting one dimensional bitter
    well it looks nice

Shame those morrisons brews aren't great! I wasn't expecting much though.
Was in Cambridge on Saturday so picked this up from the brewery there

Not usually a massive fan of golden ale, but this is very good and has a nice hop character.

I might as well finish the Morrison's beer
    IPA by Marston's
and it's hoppy and bitter and all together not bad

So basically the beers are worth a try, don't expect too much and just don't buy the golden ale

    Sir,

If there was a lack of response, it must have been an oversight or we simply did not see it (perhaps the alert did not work). At any rate, we do plan on offering different styles over time and we will most certainly give a heads up if/when we roll those out.

Also - teaser alert - we do have something special planned for the end of this year for the UK.

    thanks!

Awesome! This is great news  thanks for the reply! And it's okay I know you probably get loads of things to reply to every day! To be honest I think you guys go above and beyond when it comes to speaking to fellow beer lovers on here! Please do keep us/me informed! I've really enjoyed Bengali, The Crisp and Sweet Action so far. Also, look forward to the surprise!

Finishing the night with a spec beer shop bomber
    The Bruery Rugbrod
sour and rye with other elements fighting on the tongue
(and cleaning the floor as it unintentionally recreated a formula one podium)
it's also a Danish beer style & it's nice to associate Danish beer
with something other than brewery take overs & destroyed British beer making heritage.

It is fantastic when a brewer interacts with it's drinkers
it shows an interest and a love of beer not just a big business machine
so you have won my admiration and I raise my glass to you.
I'll drink my Sixpoint cans on Independence day and wish you a happy fourth of July.

    what was the Mallard like
coz between the Wold Gold & Anglers Reward there wasn't even half a decent beer.

That Black pearl mind you, one of the best ordinary Stouts I've had in a while.

Mallard was alright if not exceptional. I quite like Wold Top, but perhaps their beers are better on cask.

And the Black Pearl is very nice

Well when you think how vastly better Thornbridge are on cask
and how they pride themselves on not filtering & pasteurising (though if they'd just give bottle conditioning a go)
