    No breweries listed? Lame.

Yeah, is this going to be like the LA Beer Week events (good with lots of variety) or a drunken frat boy fest where everyone just brings an IPA?

That was my thought exactly. How do they expect craft beer people to take this seriously if they don't even mention the breweries?

Good groupon price. But is it going to be a drunk fest? Or a brew fest? Need more info.

Just assume that any event that has to resort to using groupon and only making 25% of the face value of the ticket they're charging, is probably not going to be all that good.

    Sounds significantly less than ultimate...

Listed under "Exhibitors" on the company website.
Four categories for "judging" if you buy the VIP ticket for $35 from Groupon:

Lager, Ale, Pilsner, and Specialty. So far over 60 different offerings, but none listed by name.

Now over 750+ sold in 24 hours. Probably going to be ultimately bad. :grimacing:

Now if the categories were Imperial Stout, Imperial IPA, Lambic - fruit, and specialty...that would be ultimate!
