I live about 20 miles away from Odd Side Ales and have no idea where it is.

Easy to say. Harder to do when its booked months in advance.

I didn't even know I would be in Wisconsin until around a month in advance. And the offerings they did have on tap were all things I had already seen all over Madison. Can't say I was pysched at the idea of driving there for the chance to drink Spotted Cow.

Cool facility for sure (and I imagine the tour must be incredible) but it was a borderline waste of time for me. Had there been better offerings on tap I would have thought it much more worthwhile. Again, this is based just purely on my experience taking just the self guided tour.

If it makes you feel any better I still have yet to do the hard hat tour and I've been there probably a dozen times in the past three years. I go for yearly events and releases which are also a lot of fun. On any average day I could see how it would be less exciting.

I'll sign off on this. Beautiful facility, good beer. Great shop on premises to buy their stuff. And Tyranena isn't too far from there.
