My opinion would be Ommegang, and New Belgium.
I have not tried everything they brew, but what I have tried has been some of the best I've had, and they don't get near the love that many do on BA.
I really believe MANY feel their local breweries are under-appreciated simply because many have never had the beers due to distribution.

Victory. As has been said before, but yea. Hop Devil is fantastic and don't get me started on Storm King

I bought a six pack of Summit Saga IPA for 7.59 yesterday, always forget how solid of a drink that is, especially at price. So for that alone, I'll say Summit.

i post about them all the time because they do some awesome stuff but they seem to get over shadowed by Half Acre, GI and New Glarus

In my opinion its Appalachian Brewing Company. They have a lot of good small batch brews, ppl just don't seem to talk about them much
