Unable to reset password

    I've forgotten my password (I'm automatically logged in on this device) so I tried to reset my password. However, after clicking on a link to reset my password, no new password is emailed to me. I have checked spam folders and not found a new email with my password. Am I doing something wrong?

    No issues on your end. I see 6 emails sent to you today, and you actually opened 1 of them; entitled "BeerAdvocate Password Reset Request."

    For some reason, the emails didn't come through until today. This has been resolved!
