You shouldn't. Being responsible behind the wheel doesn't start or stop at any age or situation. Luckily this was a day they were closed.

 

It's cool, I'm sure that if you were in a position to know you would have reported the facts as opposed to making a joke. And if I had a nickel for everytime I stuck my foot in my mouth I could probably pay for the repairs myself.

Popped in after lunch today and really enjoyed Le Seul IX (strawberry). The HC V8 (Citra/Simcoe) has the same sweetness problem that Fresh One Hop Citra had. Not sure what’s going on as the recent runs had been so dialed in.

 

Batch 2 of El Zacatón dropping tomorrow - tap room only on bottles and will be on draft. Very similar to batch 1 but reeled in the cinnamon a bit while letting the oak and peppers be a touch more prominent this time.

Fresh IIPA V4 (Mosaic/Simcoe) will be released tomorrow as well - bottling in the morning, available in the tap room at open, deliveries across the city tomorrow afternoon and Friday.

 

Does anyone have a list of fruited sour bottles available to-go this week? It wasn’t clear to me on the list online if those were all to-go or on-site only

Also, is the lie grand monde 2018-1 still available to go?

Just finished our first canning run, fresh batch of V4 in 4pks available right meow. Tap room only for the time being, 1 case limit. Tap room won’t be open today but I’ll be hanging out at the brewery late to sling some cans if anyone wants to stop by. Normal tap room hours tomorrow if you’d like to try it on draft as well.

This is great news. I've sent a 750 or 2 to trade buddies out east but this will make it much easier to spread the wealth of good beer. I just might stop in to stock up today!

 

Here now so come on by any time. Will be here til 6-7ish tonight. Normal tap room hours (2-10) tomorrow. Honestly tho, just about any time we’re here we’ll sell ya stuff to go, we just don’t pour beers outside posted tap room hours. Not enough bodies.

Grabbed two 4 packs of V4 today. Very happy to see this series find it's way into cans.

 

French Toast or V5 haven’t been mentioned yet on this thread? Some of Chicago’s best.
