Found 12 Celebration ales hidden amongst the "mix a six" bottles at a local grocery today. Bottled in October but I'll be damned if they don't still taste pretty great. I don't really know why I am posting this...I guess just to brag about my luck, and to let people know that the shelf life of Celebration is pretty impressive.

I would say that this is worthy of a... Celebration. :sunglasses:

There's a local store that sells intentionally aged Celebration, & has for years. I believe they have five different years in the cooler right now. So somebody who works there clearly thinks it's worth aging!

A friend of mine loves celebration at 1 year. He says it drinks like iced tea and he likes that.

I've heard this for years, seems unlikely it would hold up but people swear by it.

I've enjoyed aged celebration. It turns into a session barley wine if that's a thing. Think Bigfoot with a year on it with less alcohol, still slightly hoppy but lots of malt character
