Unexpected High Gravity IPA. What to do?

    How about "Enjoy the ride!"

    You can 2ndary; although...there's no good reason to do it.

    Carb tabs are convenient and expensive. Good'ol table sugar works just as well at a fraction of the cost.

    I thought this brew should come into its own with eight weeks in the bottle.

    I guess I'd say they are convenient, unless you want some precise level of carbonation that doesn't result from a whole number multiple of carb tabs per bottle.

    I guess I'd say if you're using carb tabs...then your brewing at a level where wanting or even knowing the precise level of carbonation hasn't even entered your mind.
