Does anyone know where I could find unpasteurized pear juice? I’m interested in trying to make a wild fermented perry this fall, and if I don’t have to buy a press and juice them myself it’d be a huge plus. Any suggestions would be great!
Since you're in NH, maybe contact Poverty Lane? I know that they used to sell bulk apple juice, maybe they'd either have some or know of someone who does.
