Well, grats to you and best of luck. I'll be in on the 18th for Founders night and probably before then. I'll make a point to say hello. Good staff at Saucer, a lot of good people left during the transition from the old building but still great people there. Heather, Brian, Homer.... lots of others. Cheers!

Bah. Don't let anyone know

You two were just awesome and enthusiastic and honestly way way too generous. I'm very happy to hear that I did a good job though

Anybody else make the decision to go this week? The weather is looking like it should be very nice.

VIP. Is this possibly the best taplist ever assembled in Texas?

This was a pretty good time on Saturday. Good location, beautiful day, tasty beer and some good tunes as well.

Beer highlights for me were: Hops and Grains Common Denominator, Firestone Walker Parabola, Green Flash Sylva Stout, Lakewood Temptress Barrell Aged Stout and so many more.

The first band Dove Hunter was pretty tight as were The Orbeans. Saw Sarah Jaffe for the first time and she was awesome. Saw part of the Deer Ticks set before bailing.

Amazing (for Texas) selection of barrel aged stouts - Parabola, KBS, Silva Stout, BB Sea Monster, Ten Fidy Whiskey Barrel, not to mention all the other greatness - Odio Equum, GF Hop Odyssey, Lakewood Till & Toil, Bitches Brew, etc. Another coming of age moment for the Texas beer scene!

I had a really great time at Untapped Fest.....It was just beyond my imagination that I was at a brew fest in TEXAS drinking KBS, Parabola, Sucaba, Silva Stout, BA Ten Fidy, Odio Equum..... it was great and the TX locals held their own as well! BA Temptress OH MYY!!!

I think my only concern (not a complaint, the fest was amazing) was I feel like I paid $60 VIP strictly for KBS. A lot of the stuff lasted pretty late into the day. KBS (to my knowledge at least) was the only thing that floated within the first hour of VIP. I feel like I could of strolled in at 4pm and had the other brews I got to enjoy. But all in all, the best beer fest yet in TX. It's going to be very hard to top. Kudos to the guys for making that happen. Could not have had a better time. Great must, amazing brews and great craft beer enthusiasts!

Yeah, I got through the gate at 3:30 and had pretty much anything I wanted. Had KBS at FW Saucer on Thursday so that was off the list. I missed out on Ten Fiddy. Some Rahr folks hooked me up with some Parabola after it was "gone". Shoutout to those guys!!!!!!

Forgot about Odio Equum, that was great. I never got over to Armadillo and heard that stout was good. Also had some Moa from New Zealand. A stout on wine barrels.

I hope you're not talking as if that's a bad thing!

How fast did the Avery sour take to run out? That and Parabola/Silva would've been my reason for going.

Time rememberance is sketchy but the Avery and Silva lasted until maybe 6:00ish. Parabola not as long.
