Agreed on Milkshake and Creamsicle being awesome. Hazelnut and Oaxacan were superb as well. I've been thoroughly impressed.

I’ve had 3. Milkshake and Oaxacan were fantastic. Florida Weiss was pretty damn good too.

Anyone try the BB Hazelnut Stout or the Waffle Stout at the party?

Yes, and they are both fantastic. I really like the waffle stout, and the fact that they made a breakfast stout without coffee. I find coffee tends to overwhelm and sometimes adds an unpleasant bitterness or off-flavor. BA hazelnut was next level, though. Sweet and smooth, hazelnut and bourbon create this coconut-like aroma and taste. A little bit on the thin side, but I find it makes it more enjoyable than a typical pastry stout where you can only stomach about 3 oz.

I am guessing the BA Hazelnut sold out over the weekend. Can anyone confirm?

I picked up a bottle at like 6 last night, not sure how much they had left. FFG was dead though so I bet there will at least be a few bottles left for Thursday.

Anybody try the cans yet? Interested in the price too, hopefully a better value than the bottles

$15/4-pack, similar to the bottles. The new Mango Milkshake IPA is pretty solid.

FFG posted today that there are still bottles, which I find pretty astonishing. Only 500 bottles produced and it is damn good. Maybe the $$ release drew a lot of people to IA last weekend?

Does any of this stuff get distributed anywhere or is it taproom only?

Can speak for FFG, but Untitled Art beers are in most bottle shops, at least in the Madison area.

Any chance it makes it to Hudson? I'm in Twin Cities area and would love to try some of this stuff.

You could give them a jingle. I imagine their footprint isn’t very large.

Hello, I am visiting from CA next weekend. Where could I access this? Is there a brewpub or tasting room at Octopi or is this distro only?

Waunakee is a little north of Madison but you could swing by Funk Factory in Madison as they usually have some UA beers on tap. FFG has good sours as well. Most stores should have UA on the shelves. Almond Stout drops next week.

Untitled Art beer is almost always available at Funk Factory for on site consumption and to go. FF wold be worth a stop on its own merit, but especially due to your (and my) interest in Untitled.

Had a pour of the Waffle Stout on tap the other night. I was expecting a really sweet pastry stout, but was not was ready for what the beer actually was. It was sweet to the point of being disgusting. About a third of the way through, I didn't want to finish it. But like a good BA, I powered through it. I should have known better. Although, I was at least expecting a little bit of balance in this beer. It had none. Should have opted for the Big Bad Baptist that was on tap instead. Oh well, lesson learned.

10oz of Big Bad Baptist topped with 2oz of Waffle Stout probably would have been pretty good!
