Unviolent fermentation...

    8 days later it's still fermenting with a thick krausen cap and still looking like day 3 of fermentation. 68 degrees ambient. Never had one take this long! I'm excited. I'm probably going to give it an extra week before I start the dry hopping. I'm impressed
