Upcoming CCB releases?

My wife will try any beer but I'm super glad she prefers ciders!

 

It sucks for me now that my wife tried and enjoys White Oak Jai Alai. I thought the case I bought would last me until close to the next release....nope, not anymore.

 

It's a great problem to have I suppose. It could be a lot worse right?

And some of you will get to meet my lovely, beer-drinking fiance this weekend at the Funky Buddha grand opening and/or bottle share. I'll be there too, but the scenery is not as nice ha ha

 

I'm wondering if the new ciders announced today will see any distribution?

 

I heard Life is Like is being brewed next week. Since it needs time in barrels, this one is a ways away. The others should be in barrels now and will inevitably be surprise releases. If I didn't enjoy living in Chicago so much, I would move to Tampa. I love me some CCB!

 

I'm fairly certain Life is Like was brewed back just before Huna day.

It doesn't matter when they release them, it will be just in the tasting room not announced anywhere and all the locals will get them and want huge bounties for them on hear. ( not bitter, not bitter at all)

Was in Tampa over the weekend, tried to stop in, the place was packed. Went to World of Beer instead.

I am glad CCB is successful, they have worked hard and make a great product. Just not worth dealing with the crowds anymore.

 

I wonder what the deal is on Campeador El Cid. Knightly is kind of clueless about it and that beer has been in barrels for over a year now.

Can't wait for the life is like. Real curious to how it compares to cherry rye. Either way I hope to land a decent amount of this to send to some of my reg trade partners and have a handful to drink myself!

The Widmier collab is confirmed to be released "in the near future" in the tasting room. I would imagine at some point close to or after the Portland release.

 

Hopefully something good will be released in the next few weeks I'll be there June 17-26.

 

I would recommend keeping your eye on their Facebook as they are periodically doing a raffle style drawing for BA Huna bottles. They will randomly have you send an E-Mail to them and if they pick your name you win! How sweet would that be for your trip?
