Update: Email On Conversation

Please note that the option to receive an email when a private conversation is received now defaults to OFF for new members. I've also reset everyone's settings to OFF too.

Why? Too many users have old email addresses associated with their accounts.

You can turn this option ON by going to your Account > Contact Details and checking "Receive email when a new conversation message is received."

Please ensure that your email is up to date, otherwise turning this feature on is useless.
