I have not tasted it yet. Based on aroma, I'm hopeful. But recall I waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over-did it (on purpose) with the citra. Honestly tho I can't see Munich not playing well with citra. Bravo had some fruity qualities and I loved how it played with Munich.

Whoa whoa whoa, you haven't sampled it? You're freaking me out. I figured everyone tastes their beers at every stage of fermentation.

I never mess with my beers any more than is absolutely necessary. Thus, I don't sample when I dry hop, I just open the lid as little as possible, add the hops, close it as quickly as possible, and close the freezer door. When I bottle I'll sample it, of course!

When I take gravity reading I drink my samples just to see how things change. Chalk it up to personal curiosity.

If I had taken a gravity reading, I would have sampled it, of course. But with nine days behind me and seven more to go, I wasn't going to bother taking a reading that day. I'll take one probably wednesday or thursday, just to make sure it's done before bottling (on friday or saturday), but given the krausen line on the bucket, it's most likely long done already.
