Updates: Beer/Place Ratings & Reviews

Just a quick heads up on some recent updates ...

• The use of the term "Hads" has been retired. When giving a beer or place a score it's now the rating, and adding text is the review. Let's just call them what they are, which requires no explanation for new members.
• Common links added to the top of the main beer page, most recent beer ratings (active again), new beers (new page) and most recent place ratings.
• Due to much demand over the years, you can now add a beer without a rating or review. We soft launched this the other day and our new beer weekly average has already tripled.
• You can now rate OR review places. This is to encourage more activity with places, support upcoming features and give those who don't want to write a review right now a chance to rate and track the places they've been to.
• When viewing ratings and reviews for a beer or place, the "Show Hads" toggle has been renamed and repositioned.

I believe that's it for now, and Mike is working on updating BA mobile beta accordingly.
