I bought two once at their Bloomington brewpub. Most are allocated by lottery, though, so it is only the spares that make it there.
Not generally, but if you go there tomorrow you can get some as they are having their public sour sale: We will be releasing limited quantities available for purchase of VinoSynth Red, VinoSynth White, and Sour Reserve #5, Blackberry Lambic, and Viola at each of the Upland locations August 9th.
