What are you trying to get from Upland? If you are aiming for their standard beers, I've seen these at Binnys around the city. If, on the other hand, you are hoping for their sours, those are only available by lottery (with pick-up from a handful of locations) and occasionally from their brewery's central Indiana locations.
I saw Dantalion on the shelf in Binny's after the last lottery. I have also seen some of their sours at various locations around indianapolis after the lottery. Not all of the sours are sold via the lottery or public sale afterwards at the brewpub/tasting room. for OP, check beer temple or west lakeview liquors to see if they have upland. not far from ravenswood.
I've seen a few random offerings (Dragonfly, Teddy Bear Kisses most recently) from time to time at Gene's Sausage Shop in Lincoln Square, which is Ravenswood adjacent. Don't recall if I've ever seen any Upland beers at Bottles & Cans, but that's another place worth checking out, and wouldn't be too far away.
