So excuse me if the has been answered anywhere else. But I saw awhile back Upland posted a picture of cutting up Kiwis. Which I presume to be for their Kiwi Lambic. Does anyone have any furthe information on this, or when it may come out? I want this beer something fierce. /
I think it could take upwards of 1.5-3 years for this to ferment and settle in the barrels and reach the point that it's ready....that is if it even turns out (read most recent batch of persimmon)
