Hey Indy folks, I'm traveling to town on business next month (never been before). Do bottle shops in downtown Indy regularly carry Upland...even if just one or two options? I don't know anything about how widely Upland brews are distributed in the area and the quantity of their releases. I've read about the lottery for the special releases, but do any of their beers ever sit on the shelf? If anyone can suggest a place or two worth checking to find some, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adam
Upland Sours don't hit store shelves. I've managed to buy two at the brewpub in Bloomington, but that seems likely to have been a fluke of timing. Other than that, trading and the lottery are the main channels of which I am aware.
Darksynth made it to shelves a few months ago, but it didn't stick around long. Your guess is as good as anyone's, OP. We won't know anything until the public sale is over, I imagine.
