I tried a few ounces of the Raspberry at a tasting and was blown away... what does it take to get the other variations?

Good question, because I'd like to get another bottle of Raspberry I think the last release there were only something like 200-400 bottles of raspberry, maybe I'm off but I know they sold out online in a 2-3 minutes. I believe that release was almost a year ago. They released blackberry at the same time and were supposed to release Persimmon but the Persimmon didn't turn out the way they wanted it.
They poured batch 3 of the SR last weekend like there was no tomorrow. Hopefully that means they will have quite a few bottles. I know thats not an exact number, so Im sorry for that. I see that you are in Texas. You will have to pick up the bottle in person when it is released assuming you win the lottery. There a plans to release most of the lambic variants this summer. Ill be going up there for every release. If I hear any more info, I can let you know. Id watch the Great Lakes forum to find out more info on release news.
