Upland has an online reservation system for their Lambics. If you are lucky enough to get through in the window when they come available you will be able to reserve one.

Upland does online reservations for their sours, usually. You need your name and some other bit of info to reserve bottles. You can have someone be your proxy and pick up your reservation with a copy of your photo ID and your $$$.

Okay, I am making a weekend trip and wanted to score some goodies I can get in Ohio.

 

If you contact Al at Kahn's, he can probably help you with some stuff that you don't get in Ohio. Careful though, he may try to sell you some Noble Pils.

Just to wet your whistle and give a little more detail, expect in 2013 the following beers to be released (and bottled)

Sour Reserve Batch 3
Gilgamesh (renamed)
Dantalion
Persimmon
Kiwi
BA TBK
BA WW

I'm sure there will be more to come, but I can't say for sure what and when. Just depends on when they're ready, and you know some of these beers can be pretty fickle.

Also, if any of you had Trogdor, one of our pilot batches (and it was available at the Indy TR), and liked it, please let us know. We're strongly considering it for our newest spring seasonal, and it has become a favorite of mine too.

Dammit, I just peed a little bit.

I don't have one, but is there a confirmation that the previous Persimmon reservation promises will be applied towards a 2013 release? I do have one, so does that also apply to the reservation tickets that were handed out at the most recent SRb2 purchase?

 

Let me get back with you on that one. We've had a bit of the changing of the guard (Charles is no longer with us), and I'm not sure if I have all the details to answer that. If you want to shoot me a direct email, I can address it with you there.

Cool. We actually have a huge Belgian beer tasting at our 86th St. location Friday and Saturday from 6-8pm. I'll be at Keystone from open to 4:30 on Friday before going to 86th until 8pm. Saturday ill be at Keystone from open to 2pm.
