You really should. Despite not being a winter person, I love it up here.
I know they've made it down there a few times, but not often.

How far south into Wisconsin do they come?

BTW I went to the taproom today. No Double Ringer, but they did have the bourbon barrel Baltic porter on.

Is Upper Hand available in St. Ignace? If so, can you point me towards the best bottle shops that will have it?

I helped kill off the double Ringer keg Friday night. Went back on Saturday to try the Baltic Porter, and a friend I was with bought all the remaining bottles of Double Ringer. He did hand out bottles to anyone who wanted one on the patio as we left, though. Double Ringer is so good.

Yep, I've gotten UPA, Escanaba Black Beer and the Lager at Family Fare as well as the Zodiac Party Store off US-2.

Also to anyone who is going to the UHBBQ, come say hi to me. I'll be working the front gate for the first third of the event.

Upper Hand is debuting two new beers today and their BBQ event - Laughing Fish Wheat, and a barrel-aged old ale.

I'm going, how do I spot you?

I'm an old guy with glasses, white hair, and a big mustache.

Cool! I'm working the front gate for the first third of the event, so feel free to say hi. I have dark hair and a beard, so you won't miss me unless you show up later.

Indeed. However you left early enough to miss the mosquitos. Oh my god the mosquitos...the last 30 minutes of the event were crazy with them. Overall it was a really fun event!

Saw a post on Facebook, where a friend from A2 said the same about the mosquitos.

I will be in Paradise and Munising this weekend. Where can i find Upper Hand close by to those cities?

I would guess that the grocery store in Munising (Family Fare, I think) would have it. If not, check some of the nearby mom and pop gas stations/stores. It seems to be pretty well distributed, so you shouldn't have any trouble. If worse comes to worse and you have some free time, the drive from Munising to Marquette is fast and beautiful.

    What @cl3 said.

Also, you must make sure to eat at Brown's Fish House in Paradise. It's the best fried fish I've ever had, and not even close. If you're taking M-123 south from Paradise to M-28, stop at North Star Brick Oven Bakery. They make sourdough in a homemade brick oven using a 100+ year old sourdough culture, and it's outstanding. #lifelongyoopertips

Thank you for the tips guys. I appreciate it very much!

Off subject - Any places for good Agate hunting near those two cities?
