I'm going down to Everett in a couple weeks for the Upper Left Beer Fest on 8/13. Went last year and had fun. Pretty low-key fest, outside, mostly breweries local-ish to Everett area. Anybody else going? http://upperleftbeerfest.com/
And, it just dawned on me that the Mt. Vernon fest, which is a fund-raiser for the Lincoln Theatre, and another low-key, outdoor fest is on the same day. It's right on the river in downtown MV. I've enjoyed that one the times I've been to it. https://lincolntheatre.org/film/live-event-brewfest-skagit Who the hell schedules 2 beerfests about 30 miles apart at the same time? Since they're both local-oriented it's probably not an issue, but it reduces the number of breweries available to each. Shrug.
