    "A barrel-aged botanical saison"
    Clearly not Flora Rustica.
Grabbed this on the way out of town yesterday can't seem to find any reference to it anywhere including their website.
    What's up with this?

flora rustica, add brett, put in a barrel....voilá

It was just released last weekend at the brewer, as the newest seasonal.

So, as a seasonal it's intended to be consumed fresh? Or can the brett be allowed to do its thing for a while?

Its a seasonal, as it will be released seasonally year after year.

I couldn't imagine it being a 'bad' thing if you let it sit for a while, but that's only my opinion.

I find that Upright beers age horribly. I'm in the consume it fresh camp.

Drink it. Buy another one and age that.

I, too, was absolutely blown away with this beer. Great job Alex, on turning a good offering into an amazing beer I will be excited about in the future.
