Upright Four Play and other Sole Comps

I just worked out a trade for them. Ba decadence 10 for four play and blend love.

 

Some other small bottle count, brewery only release? I took a quick look at your postings and didn't see any obvious ISOs that you'd put up for one. What are you offering?

 

The Four Play is usually around 1000 bottle release (I believe) and the Sole Comps are usually between 110 and 170 bottles releases (all single barrel).

Some gets kegged. I've gotten sole comps that were below 60 bottles.

 

I thought I read something that they weren't going to make Four Play anymore.

 

Agreed. The 'typical' release is usually in the 100's

 

They said they retired it on their blog and Blend Love took it's place which is Four Play blended with Six with raspberries. Both are very good but if I were to chose one I would pick Blend Love.

 

Traded a BCBVS for a Four Play batch 2 and Blend Love. But I do believe I made out on that trade (it was part of a larger trade).

Nice trade. You came out ahead in that one, at least in my opinion.

 

It was with a very generous trader whom I have traded with a few more times now after that initial trade, and hope I have at least partially made up for his generosity.

 

Four Play was bottled twice. I believe the second bottling was 804 bottles. They sold the majority of the bottles at the release with the last few cases selling out the following afternoon.

 

I traded beatification batch 5 1:1 for four play batch 2 and 2:1 for batch 1. Four Play was my #1 want for a long time. Glad I got them finally.

 

The Batch 1 is fading fairly fast, so if you're interested in it, get your hands on it soon.
