Upright freezer celler temp

    I know the external temp controller will be set at or around 55. But what about the freezer it self. What do you set it at, and how important is having a dehumidifier in freezer? Thanks for any and all help

    It shouldn't matter what you set the freezer to. It simply needs to be set to a colder temperature than the external temperature controller (so that the external temperature controller is the only then affecting temperature) and the freezer probably can't be set anywhere near 55°F.

    I have two containers of DampRid in mine. I had a lot of moisture (puddle on the bottom) before putting those in and haven't had any visible moisture since.
