Upstate NY forum assignment

    Upstate New York borders two Great lakes as does Michigan and Wisconsin. NYC and Eastern Pa. BA's dominate the Mid -Atlantic forum and it seems like the upstate NY BA's have ceased participation. Please consider moving the Up -State NY region to the Great lakes forum. It makes sense geographically

    This has been addressed already in previous threads, but we don't have any plans to break up the regional forums at this time.
