I'm trying to think of how many breweries are in the US which are at or nearly 100% dedicated to the production of Belgian-style ales.

The obvious two which come to mind are Ommegang and Allagash.

There are probably tiny ones across the country which aren't widely available that I wouldn't be aware of.

This is more of an interesting trivia quesiton; something not easily google'able.

Any major ones I'm missing ???

Two breweries that I think are very much Belgian style ‘inspired’ are:

    · Logsdon Farmhouse Ales

    · Crooked Stave

The Lost Abbey has a significant portfolio of Belgian style beers.

    Cheers!

    - Funkwerks
    - Prairie (a lot of saisons/farmhouse style ales)
    - Anchorage (though very "American" interpretation of Belgian styles)

Selkirk Abbey in Post Falls ID is making some very fine brews indeed. Another vote for Logsdon as well, their Seizoen Bretta is fantastic!

If you include "North American", then Unibroue in Montreal. Then there's Pittsburgh nano Draai Laag, who I consider to be very much modeled on Unibroue's approach of making stylically loose Belgian-inspired brews.

    New Belgium?

Their main lineup at least. Fat Tire, Abbey, Tripel, Sunshine, etc. Plus many of their earlier seasonals were Belgian styles or "innovations" of those styles.

Three Taverns out of Decatur to my knowledge is Belgian-focused. I noticed they've just begun packaging their beer, so be on the lookout for that if you're in the SE US. I tried two of their beers in Atlanta, Single and A Night in Brussels and enjoyed both. Had them at Brick Store Pub's Belgian bar, coincidentally.

Closer to home, a brewery opened in July in Santa Fe, New Mexico called Duel Brewing that is entirely dedicated to Belgian brews. What I've had from them so far shows some real promise, especially their most recent Dark Strong Ale.

All Lost Abbey beers are belgian inspired

    -red poppy
    -framboise
    -saint's devotion
    -lost & found
    -red barn
    etc, etc.

Unibroue isn't in the states, but it's an American brewery that brews all belgian styles as well.

I like Unibroue the most
