Anyone know where to find them and how much they would cost? Smaller is better. Slight preference for organic bourbon.

Organic? When I think beer + organic in NC I think Pisgah. I don't know if they have any for sale or not. I'd drive there to check for you if I had time. :grinning:

Is there such a thing as organic bourbon? I've never seen any marketed as such on the shelves and I spend a fair amount of time looking at bourbon on shelves.

Not sure about bourbon but you might have a good shot at finding some used wine barrels with the number of wineries in this state. I think there is an apple brandy maker too. Mmmmmm.

Good point here. You may have better luck with the smaller wineries at obtaining some of those. Childress, shelton will most likely not oblige unless you know somebody there.

That was my first thought. But in this day and age, I guess there's organic everything.

Apparently not actually, apparently the proliferation of GMOs corn has made making organic bourbon nearly impossible.
