I would say drink, cook, or shoot.

If you cant/don't want to drink them, cook with them (beer batter fish taco's).

If you cant/ don't want to cook with them, shoot them. It is visually pleasing watching the bottles explode.

If you cant/ don't to shoot them, give them away or drain pour.

All due respect, but at least for me, every IPA, I've ever used in beer bread has turned extremely bad. By all means, do you mind telling what IPA's you use?

Any chance of IPAs, you know, going bad? I mean, spoiling to the point where you wouldn't want to cook with them?

    Gromit? Killer name, love that!
I'd probably just drink the old IPA's, save them for emergency use only...

100% agree with cooking. Chili, Pot Roast, Chicken, (all crock pot stuff) or steam mussels or clams, and beer batter all perfect ideas. Heck even do some cupcakes! They would be tasty still.

I use mine to boil brats. Pork sausage makes everything taste better.

Beer Pong. Even though they are old IPA's, they have to be a huge step up from what's usually in the cups.

IPAs play nicely with curry spice/sauces IMO. Good luck

Give it to your wife to make some chili, so she doesn't use a bottle of KBS like mine did yesterday during the cold day!!!!

Cooking for sure. I'm not an ale drinker so much (so I don't have problem with old I.P.A.) but I have used pale lagers, bocks, Maerzens, and even Flemish reds to good effect in some pretty basic/easy recipes.

I'll echo what someone above wrote in that it's worth looking into some recipes, or even a "cooking with beer" book -- I know there are a few out there now.

Yep. I've read that you shouldn't cook with anything that you wouldn't drink, with which I agree. Bought a sixer of an IPA. Had one and really disliked it. Decided to use the other five for beer brats. Naturally, the brats took on the flavor of the IPA. They were gross.

I save them for the wife's flower garden and my hop plants in the spring.

dont love cooking with IPAs all that much but a dip or beer batter might be worth a shot.

Minimize your losses. Drain pour the beer and take the empties to a U.S. state with a deposit law.
    -or-
Open one up after a hard day/night of drinking when you can't taste a thing but want another beer and see if one is drinkable. If so, save them for future needs.

If you didn't like drinking them I wouldn't suggest cooking with them since they will probably impart some of the flavors you didn't like in the beer into your food
